TrueDos®
very reliable even for pumping rates as low as 0,005 l/h
Instead of having to convert the required litre capacity per hour into the corresponding stroke frequency (strokes per minute) of the pump, all you now need to do with TrueDos® is enter the litres per hour. You no longer need either knowledge of equations or a pocket calculator. The stroke adjustment button is thus consigned to history.

Of course, TrueDos is initially configured and calibrated at the factory for a specific maximum litre capacity with a backpressure of 3 bars. The pump can, however, be adapted quickly and easily to the user’s own specific process requirements. The calibration process is also particularly straightforward. The integrated microelectronics calculate the correction factor that is needed and within a few moments the pump is ready for high-precision operation. Even inexperienced operators require only a few minutes to learn the most important steps.

TrueDos® – compelling benefits:

  • Very consistent, finely tuned and, consequently, virtually continuous dosing
  • The gentle suction motion reduces gassing of the medium and, in conjunction with the consistently high suction volume, ensures that the processes involved remain highly reliable even when difficult substances are concerned.
  • Slow-Mode particularly for viscous media with low vapour pressure: This is an operating function where the suction stroke can be decelerated specifically.
  • User-friendly batch programming with timer function. Simply enter batch start, batch duration and dosing flow, the pump will regulate the necessary dosing speed.
  • For the first time it is possible to measure and control unsteady volumetric flows of less than 1 l/h.
  • Contact signal control: Input in ml per contact with ingeniously regulated continuous dosing
  • Current signal control: 0(4) – 20 mA with display of the current dosing capacity
  • Total service-hours counter and total dosing flow counter
  • Code function for protection against non-authorised access
  • Memory function: Saves non-processed contact signals so that the pump can process them later.
  • Optionally with Profibus.

TrueDos® M – the peak of evolution can do more:

  • Three in one – TrueDos® M is the first pump with integrated automatic dosing, measuring and controlling.
  • Extremely good price / performance ratio: Additional inductive flowmeters and dosing regulators with their peripheral equipment are no longer required.
  • Even with pumping rates as low as 0.6 l/h, continuous measurement of the actual volumetric flow and subsequent automatic recalibration of the pump ensure the very highest dosing accuracy.
  • Highly effective deaeration: Drawing in small quantities of liquid is no longer problematical. A large quantity of the medium is drawn into the primary chamber of the dosing head and, following precise set-point control and calibration, is dosed in the quantity actually required for the process.
  • Added financial benefit: the medium permanently remaining in the integrated priming chamber allows the container exchange without system stop.
