Nippon Pillar's pumps are manufactured in a class-1000 clean room
where cleanliness is strictly controlled. The pumps are then washed,
assembled, and then packed in class-100 clean room. The parts of the pump that come in contact with liquid are made of Pilaflon. Pilaflon is molded from the finest tetrafluoroethylene resin powder.
